As a private institution, Sunflowers Academy reserves the right to admission, and all new students will require a family interview.

Required Documents for Admission

To consider a child’s application for admission, we require certain documents, including their birth certificate, school application, health immunization records, previous academic report cards, emergency contact card, and, for state scholarship candidates, specific additional documents. We do not discriminate based on race, religion, disabilities, or place of origin.
